Job Description:
Design and develop web based applications and new software products.
Complete programming, designing, testing and debugging.
Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested.
Implement features with well-documented and maintainable code.
Identify/troubleshoot application related issues and suggest improvements.
Desired Profile:
Web development technologies in C#, ASP.Net, Ajax, Java Script, JQuery, MVC, CSS, Ado.Net, MS SQL Server 2008 or higher, Visual Studio 2010.
Maturity / skills in design, coding, testing and debugging.
Should expertise in writing SQL stored procedures, functions.
Demonstrable experience / technical proficiency in architecture enterprise class applications.
Candidates should have good attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge with colleagues, proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
Also prioritize tasks and manage time, absorb complex ideas quickly and have ability to motivate and influence other team members.
