Job Summary:
Solid understanding of SDLC, QA process, methodology and tools.; knowledge in of Agile is added advantage.
Should have worked on AS400 applications; knowledge of Mortgage domain is an added advantage.
Should be willing to work on challenging assignments and drive ambiguous problem areas.
Be creative and innovative to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Zeal to learn and apply new technological advancements / process improvements in testing area.
Able to provide end to end Testing solution.
Strong communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Hands on Manual testing and Automation Selenium web driver (Mandatory).
Strong in SQL.
Knowledge on Green screen testing.
Knowledge on Database testing.
2+ years of manual testing in product based organizations.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-driven and motivated.
Should have worked on automation tasks.
Knowledge of Nonfunctional testing and tools.
Responsibilities:
Working within the Technology team, specifically on the software test design, development and execution of US Residential Mortgage software products and applications.
Design, implement, and enhance the quality process.
Should be able to define test strategy and build scenarios.
Should be able to work on multiple engagements.
Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle: Agile methodology.
Work within ISGNs software development groups expectations, processes, and quality initiatives.
Strive to continually improve the knowledge in test plan, development and execution skills.
Mentor and develop junior resources in the QA team.
