Hands on work experience in MVC is highly mandatory.
.NET 3.0 and above.
SQL Server 2005 and above.
ASP.Net and C#.
Understanding of requirements, Analyzing, designing (UI and DB).
Coding.
Debugging.
Software Implementation.
Basic documentation skills.
Exposure to multiple Databases such as MYSQL, MONGO etc.
Expertise in performance tuning of application / DB.
Exposure to Lucene, elastic search.
Exposure to design patterns.
Skills:
Strong skills in OOPS, MVC 4.0, ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2008 (Stored procedures, joins and triggers), Ajax, JQuery, Telerik Controls, WCF and JavaScript.
Exposure to Search Engines (Lucene.Net, Elastic Search) & ORM (NHibernate).
Should have hands on experience in coding is a must.
