o Excellent communication/analytical skills.
o 4+ years of hands-on experience in functional software testing.
o Write test plans, test cases, execute scripts, report test results.
o Log, track, re-test defects.
o Proficient with Quality Center.
o Very proficient with Software Development Life Cycle.
o Communicate to Dev, Business teams in WFIS/WF_US.
o Performs analysis of business requirements and system specifications.
o Provide input on task level planning, estimaton to the lead/manager, provide weekly/daily statuses to the lead/manager.
o Worked in web application testing environment.
o Ability to create and updated Object repositories and specify any object using DP (Descriptive Programming).
o Hands on in coding, debugging and maintenance of QTP scripts, Selenium Scripts
o Hands on in Microsoft Excel macros/VB Scripting
o And have good Java Knowledge.
Market Skills and Certifications
ISTQB Certification or CSTE Certification
