Work within a cross-functional team of developers and project managers to specify, design, develop automated/manual test based on user stories and requirements for the team.
Track, maintain and add to our automated test scripts, framework and test results.
Involve all members of the team in planning, designing, implementing and understanding the results of test automation.
Contribute to the overall quality organization by providing timely feedback and recommendations on tools and processes.
Help to develop automation training material and implement into a training academy track.
Review software requirements and recommend a test automation strategy to ensure full test coverage as well as keep up requirement change.
The person will be responsible for creating and executing manual or automated (Selenium) tests as per requirements and execute performance testing based on the requirements.
This position would require strong technical and programming skills.
Skills:
Experience Minimum 3 Years in Software Testing.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong experience in using Selenium automation tool.
Strong Java & Javascript skills.
Strong debugging skills to resolve test script issues.
Experience on either jUnit or TestNG frameworks is mandatory.
Experience with database, integration, compatibility, UI usability, installation or security testing.
Experience with Slack, JIRA, Github.
Experience with Agile development.
Experience with financial, accounting or billing software.
Knowledge of telecommunications, utility or other consumption billing will be an added advantage.
